On/Off Site Storage
Our team offer on-and-offsite tank storage solutions for your fuel needs. Our team can provide below ground tanks and above ground tanks to store your fuel.
On the Job Site Refueling
Our team provides diesel deliveries to any of your job sites, or locations, whether directly to your locomotive or a mobile fueling station. Our flexible deliveries make it easy to stick to your refueling schedule.

Johnny Lara
CEO of C&I Oil Company Consultants
In his 45 year technology career, Johnny worked his way through the software engineering ranks in developing software for the US Government agencies to working for NASA developing satellites and participating in deployment missions on the Space Shuttle program and establishing himself as an entrepreneur of two technology companies and now venturing into the oil and gas sector by combining his technology consulting expertise to bring the best and latest state of the art technologies to enhance the oil and gas industry.
He developed a reputation for consistently delivering large projects on time and under budget while maintaining some of the highest quality standards in the industry. His IT & Engineering experience across the federal government ranges from working with the CIA, NSA, DoD, US Geospatial Agency and large corporations like AT&T and working abroad for large banks like UBS Bank in Switzerland each time expanding his knowledge and expertise. His strong engineering and technology experience gives him the ability to handle any opportunities both domestically and internationally. Johnny's group will mainly be responsible for the sales and marketing.
Eddie Bates
Board Member of C & I Oil Company Consultants
Eddie Bates is a 45-year veteran in the Oil & Gas Industry. Mr. Bates has maintained excellence at every level of his career. After graduation in 1977 with a BA in Business Management & Marketing from Angelo State University and a stellar college football career, Mr. Bates was drafted by the NFL Green Bay Packers as a Kicker & Punter. He began his Oil and Gas career at Monlezun Oil Company in Beaumont Texas in 1978 working for his grandfather. After his grandfather retired Mr. Bates took the helm of the company. He changed the name of the company to C & I Oil Company, Inc and ran it as a Bulk Fuel Distribution company. His largest contracts were those of the railroad companies. Mr. Bates brings his knowledge and expertise to our company and is now a board member of C&I Oil Company Consultants.
Sultan "Danny" Jasani
CEO
Sultan “Danny” Jasani is the CEO of Campbell Oil Company out of Port Arthur and co-founder and CEO of the Sunshine Group, spanning the retail, wholesale, and, petroleum space. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Sultan’s focus has been on sustainable scaling, backed by support from his family, business partners, and community. To date, the Sunshine Group is comprised of 100+ locations consisting of convenience, liquor, vape, dry cleaning, and QSR locations. Danny's team will be handling the Operations and Fuel Storage and Distribution for the group.
